On Saturday Lizzie Bell, Headteacher & PCA member and Eva Sebestza, Lead Conductor attended the annual PCA Workshop. Hosted by NICE in Birmingham the day was a huge success with Conductors from multiple centres attending to share good practice.
The workshop was an opportunity for presenters to share their expertise and offer valuable insight into research. Their sessions encouraged reflection on our current practices in outcome measurement and provided an exciting taster of Therapy Outcome Measures (TOMs),highlighting the importance of evidence-based practice and meaningful outcomes in the work we do.
The workshop was also a great opportunity for the committee to share what they have been working on over the past year, celebrate their progress, and give everyone a glimpse of what is planned for the years ahead. At Paces we are excited about the future and the opportunities to continue growing, collaborating, and supporting our professional community.
